GET TO KNOW ME ...
As you may have already guessed my name is Harriet, and yes my surname is TURTLE - great right? I adore where I live, I am based in a little village in East Sussex called Buxted and am fortunate enough to be surrounded by the country side. In my home I have my fiancé (I know we need to tie the knot), son, dog and two horses.
Well... "How did I end up in this situation?"
It began with my total passion for animals stemming from when I was extremely young. I have grown up around dogs and horses and have always enjoyed taking photos of them in different locations, during different times of the day (different lights and getting to re-live the beauty and capture those tiny moments in time - I thought was astonishing!
Then one thing led to another, and all of a sudden I was photographing a family members wedding day...and I ABSOLUTLY loved it. Even from watching my mum and dad get married at the age of 4, I turned around to my Nan and said 'I love it when they say the words'.
Watching two people make promises for entirety to one another, surrounded by everyone they love? That's just incredible. Being trusted to capture those lifelong moments from the very start of the day until the end. They say, there is not many people who can truly say that they love their job.
I am fortunate to say I am obsessed with my job and love what I do whole heartedly ♡

I aim to make everyone feel comfortable around the camera, while seamlessly blending into the background capturing those belly laughs and real moments in time which you may not even get to witness on the day, but then get to look back on.
I’ve captured enough weddings to understand that no wedding runs perfectly to the timeline. If things change up a bit, that's fine and its's why all my packages that I offer do not have set time frames. It’s your day, we do it your way.
I genuinely want for you both to be having the best day of your lives, and I am here not only to offer you a "photography package" but an experience.
