We had our wedding day a couple weeks ago and our photographer cancelled an hour before he was supposed to be with us. My hairdresser made a post on a Sussex wedding Facebook page and Harriet was one that stuck out as she was in the right area, I liked her style and she had included her packages and prices in the comment which made it easy to see quickly in a moment of need.
Harriet was with us in half an hour and was so lovely when she arrived. She did a brilliant job and everyone commented how nice she was. She made me and my husband feel at ease because we are a bit awkward behind the camera! She took lovely candid photos and the group shots we wanted. We also got a little video which was a great added bonus.
We got our photos back a week later which was so speedy! Would highly recommend. Thanks for saving the day!

Where do I begin to explain what an amazing experience we have had with Harriet!! Need a wedding photographer, look no further. It’s a long one, but I could not recommend Harriet enough!
We booked our wedding with only 3 months to go, having found Harriet’s photography through Facebook, I took a look at her website, socials etc to see some of her work and we loved it! Also knowing she is local to us we liked even more!
I messaged Harriet to see whether she had the date free, extremely lucky she did as it was Easter weekend! Harriet throughout has been absolutely brilliant with communication, from our first messages, I was sent the contracts / deposit and bits to look over, happy with that we signed & Harriet’s website and paying process is very professional and easy to use.
We had a meeting a few weeks before the day, we had a list of ‘formal’ photos we wanted, and then the rest candid shots, we were feeling very confident after our meeting & along the way had check in messages before the wedding.
On the day, Harriet was AMAZING! She is very polite & nothing felt rushed, we opted for the smaller of the packages but my god our photos are incredible! Our guests absolutely loved Harriet, the feedback from them was great and all commented on how lovely Harriet is. She blended in well, which definitely helped with our candid photos and honestly in the nicest way I forgot she was there which makes viewing all of the photos even more special because the day in it’s self is so overwhelming & neither me or my husband are camera people but our couples shots are incredible and we felt extremely comfortable around Harriet taking our picture.
Less than 24hrs later we received our sneak peak, which are amazing & we were so excited to get our gallery which we received this weekend. We went through these, starting off with our lovely wedding highlights video which had us smiling from ear to ear our faces hurt, it took us right to being there on the day, with different POV’s which was incredible! We then went through our photo gallery and all I can say is WOW! We were utterly speechless going through our photos, the attention to detail, the actual pictures taken are just amazing I really cannot express the amazing experience we had.

From the moment Harriet arrived she put us at ease and felt like an additional member of our wedding party. She took the perfect mix of posed photographs and candid ones. We were really impressed with how she made the most of our church and village location and the research she had done before she arrived.
When our gallery arrived we were blown away with the beautiful photographs and couldn’t believe how much she had captured without us realising. Our gallery really tells the story of our day perfectly and we haven’t yet been able to watch our highlight video without crying happy tears!
